Head Swimming & Diving Coach (Full-Time) - Bethel University ,
Mishawaka, Indiana:
Bethel University seeks a full-time Head Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving Coach to lead a competitive, Christ-centered program. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, this role oversees coaching, recruiting, athlete development, and operations while competing in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference . Responsibilities include fostering team culture, planning practices, mentoring student-athletes, managing operations, and ensuring compliance. Bachelor's required (master's preferred) with collegiate coaching experience. Full-time, 12-month role with evenings, weekends, travel, and active participation in the university's spiritual life.
