What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and support the teller team to deliver outstanding member service. Oversee daily teller operations, balancing and transaction accuracy. Ensure efficient staffing and smooth day-to-day office workflow. Support member needs by resolving account questions and concerns. Reinforce compliance, operational procedures and credit union values.

What You Bring:

3-5 years of experience in a financial institution or related environement. 1-2 years of managerial or supervisory experience or a combined combination of financial and leadership experience. Strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills. Solid math aptitude and attention to detail. Experience with financial processing systems. Why Impact?
