Job Description

Flathead High School is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Head Boys Basketball Coach to lead a competitive program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to developing student-athletes on and off the court, and the ability to develop a positive and competitive culture. Responsibilities include program oversight (grades 9-12), skill development, staff coordination, and positive engagement with players, families, and the community. Candidates should have prior coaching experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for building a championship-level program focused on both performance and personal growth. Teaching positions may be available depending on the applicants certifications. Located in the scenic Flathead Valley, Kalispell offers an exceptional quality of life with a strong sense of community and unmatched access to the outdoors. Kalispell is close to Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, and Whitefish Mountain Resort, and the area provides year-round recreation including hiking, fishing, skiing, and boating.
