Full-time Job Summary The Health and Safety Coordinator ensures compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintains the company's Health and Safety program. This role combines hands-on safety inspections with administrative responsibilities and works closely with employees and leadership to promote a safe work environment. Responsibilities Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify hazards Maintain and improve the Health and Safety program and policies Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans Track safety training, certifications, inspections, and records Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE Support emergency preparedness, drills, and response planning Serve as the primary contact for OSHA and regulatory inspections Stay current on OSHA regulations and industry best practices Qualifications 2+ years in a Health and Safety role (manufacturing, industrial, or construction preferred) Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations; certification preferred or willingness to obtain Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills Ability to work independently and perform on-site inspections Apply with RPM Staffing at 2505 S.
