The StevensLee Health Care Group represents and assists hospitals and health systems, physicians, and other providers in meeting the many challenges they face in a changing and consolidating industry. We bring lawyers of diverse experience, educational backgrounds, and industry expertise together to provide a full range of legal services tailored to the needs of this highly regulated industry. The continued growth and expansion of our practice has created the need for a skilled, mid-level associate with 3-8 years of diverse health care legal experience, although we also welcome candidates with three or more years of corporate transactional experience who are interested in specializing in the health care industry. We seek highly motivated, growth-oriented individuals. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are prerequisites. Candidates must be self-starters with the ability to work individually and in teams. Ideal candidates will have 3-7 years of meaningful experience in one or more of the following: Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and corporate reorganizations Sales of medical practices under both asset-based and equity-based structures Healthcare industry business lifecycle issues, including drafting operating agreements, medical director agreements, and employment agreements Providing regulatory counsel and guidance on laws affecting health care clients, including corporate practice of medicine standards Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey . NY admission a plus. StevensLee offers associates immediate, hands-on experience and accelerated career opportunities. We provide competitive salaries, discretionary bonuses and excellent benefits including an annual contribution of 10% of an employee's gross compensation to StevensLee's defined contribution profit sharing plan, vesting in three years, and 100% coverage of the health care premium for all employees. The base annual pay range for this full-time role is between $170,000 and $250,000. The actual base salary will be determined based upon individual qualifications and prior relevant experience with consideration given to office location.
