Health Club Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Health Club Manager to lead our 24x7 health club with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Handle cash transactions accurately, manage reservations or memberships, and ensure compliance with financial procedures Coordinate special events or wellness activities that promote community engagement and member retention Maintain cleanliness, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance to uphold a safe and inviting environment Assist with enrolling of new members and welcoming them to Fitness Life Work with general manager to develop marketing campaigns on social media and direct marketing Produce and display marketing material to promote services and products to current members Coordinate social media posts to promote and support membership sales and community goodwill. Develop and promote fitness programming Return phone calls, texts and emails to members and prospects. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the facility in a manner that reflects professionalism and passion for an organized workspace. Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs with General Manager. Requirements Genuine appreciation for people and Health club experience as an employee or member Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele and lead a team effectively Knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions in a service setting Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

CPR AED Certification Pay:

$30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
