Job Description
Overview Join our growing, women's health-focused clinic as a Part-Time Licensed Acupuncturist and play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Seed Acupuncture is a boutique reproductive acupuncture and integrative wellness clinic in Encinitas, CA, specializing in fertility support, pregnancy, and women's health, where we're passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-informed care in a warm, welcoming environment. As a newer but rapidly growing practice, this role is ideal for someone who's excited to grow alongside the clinic and build a loyal patient base over time. The Role You'll work directly with patients across a range of women's health concerns, with particular emphasis on fertility, reproductive health, hormonal balance, pregnancy, labor preparation, postpartum support, and pain management. This is an opportunity to build meaningful, long-term patient relationships in a clinic that genuinely cares about outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Perform acupuncture treatments and adjunctive therapies (cupping, moxibustion, e-stim, etc.) Support patients through fertility journeys, including IVF/IUI cycle coordination Prescribe herbal formulas, recommend appropriate supplements, and interpret relevant lab work to inform individualized treatment plans Provide nutritional and lifestyle recommendations rooted in Chinese medicine principles Document treatment plans, patient progress, and clinical notes accurately and timely Collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals as appropriate Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience in a small, tight-knit team environment Qualifications Master's degree (or higher) in Acupuncture or Chinese Herbal Medicine from a California accredited program Active California Acupuncture License in good standing 1-2+ years of clinical experience preferred (especially in fertility, pregnancy, and women's health) Experience supporting patients through fertility treatments (IVF/IUI) strongly preferred; willingness to train the right candidate Doctorate degree and/or
