Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a licensed acupuncturist to work alongside our chiropractors in our chiropractic office. We are a busy, personal injury, fast growing practice and looking to add to our amazing team. If you are skilled, self-motivated, have great work ethics, and a team player - we want to meet you! You will collaborate closely with other chiropractors to develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to deliver safe and effective care. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while advancing your clinical skills. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical examinations and health history reviews to identify treatment needs. Develop and implement individualized acupuncture treatment plans that address acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and other health concerns. Perform acupuncture procedures using sterile techniques, ensuring aseptic conditions to promote safety and efficacy. Utilize herbal medicine techniques alongside acupuncture when appropriate to enhance patient outcomes. Manage electronic health records (chirotouch) systems accurately for documentation of treatments, progress notes, and patient histories. Training will be provided. Collaborate with chiropractors, or massage therapists to coordinate patient care strategies. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and self-care practices to support ongoing wellness and pain management. Skills Proven experience in pain medicine with a focus on acute pain management and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to acupuncture practice. Skilled in patient assessment techniques including physical examinations and client communication. Expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), herbal medicine techniques, and aseptic procedures. Ability to perform physical examinations confidently while maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with other healthcare providers and support team-based care. Exceptional patient service skills with a compassionate approach that fosters trust and adherence to treatment plans.
Pay:
$2,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
