Front Desk Receptionist Acupuncture Clinic

We are a busy and growing acupuncture clinic looking for a mature, dependable, and compassionate individual who enjoys helping others and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for patients. This position is ideal for someone seeking a stable, long-term role in a supportive and family-friendly healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Check patients in and out and process payments Maintain positive relationships with patients and assist with patient communication Perform general administrative and office tasks Work with appointment scheduling software and electronic records systems Assist with basic insurance verification and claim submission Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Fluent English required (spoken and written) Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor Highly responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, office software, and scheduling systems Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with medical billing or insurance claims is a plus
