Our clinic is a collaborative, supportive environment where we prioritize holistic wellness and patient results. Our team includes a Naturopathic Doctor (ND), and we pride ourselves on an integrative approach. We maintain a robust internal referral system between our ND and our acupuncturists, ensuring our patients receive comprehensive support and our providers stay busy. Growth & Opportunity There is immense room for growth within this role. In addition to our steady existing patient base, the practice is currently bringing in an average of 6 new patients per week.
Requirements • Valid State License to practice Acupuncture. Board Certification (NCCAOM). Acupuncture license in the state of Connecticut A background in or a deep commitment to learning fertility/reproductive health. Benefits & Compensation •
The Load:
You will step into an existing provider's schedule of 80-120 patients per month.The Potential:
Our senior providers currently see 150-200 patients per month.Additional Hours:
There is frequent potential to pick up extra shifts and see other providers' patients when they are away on vacation.Specialization:
Approximately 50% of our patients seek care for fertility; a background or strong interest in reproductive health is essential. Professional front desk staff to handle scheduling and a dedicated biller for all insurance claims.Marketing & Referrals:
We handle all marketing efforts and have established a vast referral network with local businesses.Credentialing:
We assist you with getting contracted with insurance companies.Mentorship:
We are open to new graduates and offer dedicated mentoring. Schedule & Flexibility We offer significant flexibility in setting your hours. We simply ask for 3-4 weeks' notice for time-off requests to manage the schedule.
