We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and can help patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident to start treatment.

Location:

Louisville, KY Part-time (Afternoons & Saturdays preferred)

What You'll Do:

Greet patients warmly and professionally Answer phone calls and guide patients to book appointments Collect payments and schedule follow-ups Follow up with patients via text/call Assist with simple social media (photos/videos/posts) This Job is NOT for you if: You don't enjoy talking to people You prefer working quietly without interaction You get overwhelmed handling multiple tasks You are uncomfortable recommending services This Job IS for you if: You are friendly, confident, and people-oriented You enjoy helping others and making them feel cared for You can guide conversations (not just answer questions) You are comfortable learning simple scripts and systems
