Summary Minnesota Women's Care is a private, patient-focused practice dedicated to providing personalized, state-of-the-art medical care for women of all ages in a welcoming, supportive environment. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Acupuncturist to join our robust, integrative clinical team. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Acupuncturist to join our collaborative healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in women's health and a passion for empowering patients through integrative medicine. You will provide acupuncture treatments to address a variety of women's health concerns, including fertility, hormonal balance, menstrual issues, pregnancy support, menopause, stress management, and general wellness. Key Clinical Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history and presenting concerns Develop and implement individualized acupuncture treatment plans Administer acupuncture and related modalities (cupping, moxibustion, etc.) Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and integrative health practices Stay current on developments in the field of acupuncture and women's health. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in integrative medicine, participating in ongoing education and bringing innovative approaches to the team. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Respond promptly and professionally to patient and team communications, providing timely clinical guidance, addressing concerns, and coordinating care as needed. Partners with patients to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans that respect patient preferences, cultural backgrounds, and personal health goals while promoting optimal health outcomes. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary and integrative care team—including internal and external specialists, nurses, therapists, and community resources—to ensure comprehensive, well-coordinated patient care. Carefully completes all required documentation in a timely fashion. Teamwork and Development Demonstrates the ability to be proactive, supportive, and collaborative. Share knowledge, promote positivity, and take personal responsibility for your professional development. Demonstrates the ability to seek and value open, honest communication and constructive feedback in a timely manner. Requirements:
Required Qualifications Licensed Acupuncturist in Minnesota Master's degree (or equivalent) in Acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine preferred Experience or strong interest in women's health issues Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Demonstrated experience with integrative or holistic medicine, preferably in a team-based or multidisciplinary setting Demonstrated ability to understand, adhere to, and contribute to the development of established policies, procedures, and evidence-based clinical protocols. Proven ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff in a busy and complex environment, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. Strong charting/documentation skills. Unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in clear, accessible language Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds. Good judgment, with the ability to make timely, sound decisions. Creative, flexible, and innovative team player with a solutions-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing clinical needs.
