50% per patient + Introductory Earnings Guarantee Start Seeing Patients Right Away—Without Building From Scratch Nu Wave Acupuncture is a growing, patient-centered holistic healing clinic offering Acupuncture, Massage, Reiki, Infrared Sauna Therapy, and more. Our clinic provides a professional, spa-like atmosphere that patients highly enjoy from the moment you step in. We're currently looking for a licensed acupuncturist to join our team and help meet demand. This role is ideal if you want: A steady stream of patients from day one Flexibility in how and when you work The ability to build your own style of practice within a supportive clinic Enjoyable relationships with your team and your patients What You'll Do Provide acupuncture and treatments (pain relief, fertility, women's health, wellness) Offer additional modalities like cupping, gua sha, or moxibustion (or learn—we're happy to support training) Create personalized treatment plans Build strong, trusting relationships with patients Learn more about our services here: https://nuwaveacupuncture.com/acupuncture-tcm What Makes This Role Unique Immediate patient flow (no need to start from zero) Flexible scheduling (1-3 days/week to start) Control over your treatment style and services offered Freedom to structure your day your way, for example: Two patients per hour with built-in breaks One patient per hour Or a flow that matches your energy and clinical style This is a great fit if you want something more supportive than renting a room , but more flexible than a traditional employee role . Compensation & Growth Path 50-60% per patient (negotiable based on experience and structure) Introductory earnings guarantee (to support your ramp-up period) Clear growth path, including: Building a full schedule within the clinic Option to transition into a rent-based model over time if desired What You'll Get Built-in patient demand + waitlist Fully equipped, professional clinic space Front desk support and established systems A collaborative, wellness-focused team environment The ability to grow your own patient base at your pace Qualifications Active Ohio Medical Board acupuncture license
NCCAOM/NCBAHM
Board certified Master's or Doctorate degree in Acupuncture or Oriental Medicine Strong communication and patient-centered care skills Experience with Women's Health/Fertility a plus New grads and experienced practitioners are both encouraged to apply.
