Full‑Time / Part‑Time / Contract About the Clinic Santiam AcuSpa is a patient‑centered acupuncture and integrative wellness clinic focused on trauma‑informed care, high‑quality treatments, and a calm, supportive healing environment. We are expanding our team and seeking a compassionate, skilled acupuncturist who values professionalism, communication, excellent patient care, and long‑term growth within the clinic . Key Responsibilities Individualized acupuncture treatments based on patient needs Thorough patient evaluations and creation of treatment plans Accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR Patient education on treatment goals, wellness strategies, and follow‑up care Collaborative care with other providers Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment Support clinic flow and uphold trauma‑informed communication standards Participate in insurance credentialing processes (CAQH, payer applications, clinic‑supported onboarding) Required Qualifications Current Washington State acupuncture license in good standing NCCAOM certification or eligibility Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient‑centered, holistic care Experience with EHR systems preferred Ability to maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA compliance Willingness to complete credentialing with required insurance payers Interest in long‑term employment and professional development within the clinic Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay structure ($40/patient, up to $120/hour) Flexible scheduling Supportive, growth‑oriented clinic environment
