We offer part-time or full-time employment opportunities with an established clinic that has built a strong reputation in the community and maintains a loyal, diverse patient base. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking to expand an existing practice or a motivated clinician seeking a long-term professional home. Our clinic provides a balanced mix of insurance-based and cash-pay patients, along with internal marketing support and referrals from our healthcare team. Practitioners are also encouraged to cultivate additional referral relationships and community connections to grow their patient panel. What We Offer Established and growing patient base Competitive compensation Fully equipped treatment rooms Supportive administrative staff for scheduling and patient coordination In-house billing services User-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system No practitioner overhead, room rental fees, supply, or administrative costs Collaborative healthcare environment with opportunities for professional growth Essential Functions & Responsibilities Ability to treat two patients every hour (one patient every 30 minutes) Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and acupuncture consultations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide safe, effective, and evidence-informed acupuncture treatments Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Submit chart notes and billing information promptly following patient visits Educate patients on treatment recommendations, self-care strategies, and wellness goals Prescribe herbs and supplements as clinically indicated Prepare treatment rooms prior to clinic shifts Clean and reset treatment rooms following patient appointments and clinic shifts Collaborate professionally with clinic staff and healthcare providers to support coordinated patient care Qualifications Required Current and unrestricted Washington State Acupuncture License (reimbursement available if state license needs to be obtained) Current NCCAOM Certification Strong communication and patient education skills Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Preferred Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM), Master of Acupuncture (MAc), Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) Use of the gentle Japanese technique, Kiiko Matsumoto style Experience in a multidisciplinary or integrative healthcare setting Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, sports injuries, women's health concerns, and stress-related conditions Additional training in adjunctive therapies such as cupping, red light therapy, electroacupuncture, gua sha, or herbal medicine Schedule Full-time or Part-time 4-hour shifts 8-hour shifts Day shifts available Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance opportunities available Work Location Vancouver, WA 98662 Requirements Ability to reliably commute to Vancouver, WA 98662 Ability to relocate to the area prior to employment if applicable ________________________________________ Integrated Health Solutions is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care through collaboration, clinical excellence, and integrative healthcare solutions.
