This position is for you! Connected Healing was founded in 2017 and our patient population has since grown exponentially. We are seeking an Associate Acupuncturist to join our care team to allow us to more comprehensively serve our community's needs. We are specifically looking for a practitioner to join our team who is interested in a mentorship opportunity in the realm of women's health and fertility, which are our areas of clinical specialty. Compensation:

We offer a competitive, commission based compensation structure. You will receive 30-35% commission for every patient seen. You will also receive 25% commission on herbs and supplements. To give a clear picture of the financial possibilities for this position, an Associate Acupuncturist at Connected Healing seeing 60 patients a week, working 15-25 hours per week, would earn just over 95,000/year (not including any herb/supplement commissions). My commitment to you is to help you fill your schedule over the first 6-12 months to make this easily attainable. I am most interested in candidates who are excited to see 50-75 patients per week, at the rate of 3-4 patients per hour. Training and Development

• As part of this position, you will receive thorough training to ensure that you have excellent patient communication, retention, and treatment outcomes within a patient population that excites you
• You will have the opportunity, if you desire, to help develop new clinical programs/offerings and support the growth and expansion of the clinic
• Our team will engage in weekly check in's to keep communication clear, get support on current cases and make sure things are flowing smoothly

About Us:

We are a 6 room, private clinic in Franklin WI. We are a cash-based practice.. Our founder and current acupuncturist specializes in women's health, pediatrics, and mental health. We have two acupuncturists on staff currently, and our patient load requires a third. We pride ourselves on "walking the walk" and living our medicine, setting an example for our patients. Our clinic is centrally & conveniently located for members of the surrounding communities. We are about 15-20 minutes from Milwaukee. Our treatment rooms (and entire facility) are peaceful, private, and state of the art. Our facility was newly built in 2020. You will be a great fit for our clinic care team if you are not planning on starting your own practice - but instead are looking for somewhere to put down roots and thrive with a supportive team.
