Magnolia Wellness is hiring an Acupuncturist and Herbalist to join our team. Located in Costa Mesa, CA, our multi-disciplinary practice offers a high volume of holistic healthcare services, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, naturopathic medicine, holistic facials, lymphatic drainage, massage, angel intuitive and spiritual guidance. We are dedicated to providing personalized care in a nurturing environment where ancient wisdom meets modern healing.
Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Acupuncturist and Herbalist to join our team at Magnolia Wellness. As an integral part of our practice, you will provide acupuncture treatments, herbal remedies, cupping and gua sha to support our clients' health and wellness goals. The ideal candidate is empathetic, flexible, and highly customer service-oriented, with a passion for helping others within a collaborative and communicative environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Administer acupuncture treatments and prescribe herbal remedies based on traditional Chinese medicine principles and diagnosis. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multi-disciplinary team. Participate in community acupuncture sessions and group events when applicable. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Requirements:
Valid license to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine in California. Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical practice Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work evenings and weekends Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Flexible, patient, and able to adapt to diverse personalities and situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification from a nationally recognized acupuncture and herbal medicine program. Experience in a high-volume clinical setting. Proficiency in additional complementary therapies. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
