We offer a private, cozy treatment room ideal for massage therapists, acupuncturists, craniosacral practitioners, osteopaths, movement specialists, and other integrative health professionals looking to work in a supportive, established practice setting. Breathtaking Waterfront Views — Floor-to-ceiling windows in our lobby offer a calming waterfront marina backdrop to elevate the client experience Spacious & Quiet Treatment Room — Fully equipped with treatment table and limited storage; private and peaceful Ground-Level Access & Free Parking — Easy access for you and your clients Utilities & Wi-Fi Included — One simple hourly or monthly rate (dependent upon time block and arrangement) COVID-Compliant & Professionally Maintained — A safe, clean, and well-managed clinical setting Supportive, Collaborative Atmosphere — Join a community of experienced professionals with a shared commitment to quality care We welcome experienced, licensed practitioners in fields such as: Therapeutic & medical massage Acupuncture (especially orthopedic/pain focus) Craniosacral therapy Manual lymph drainage or holistic esthetic services Osteopathy or musculoskeletal specialties Movement therapy (e.g., Pilates, functional fitness) : Minimum 5 years of professional experience OR strong references California license and current liability insurance Ability to operate independently and maintain your own clientele Professionalism, collaboration, and integrity are a must We have various time blocks (2-4 hour blocks, partial days, full days) available on weekdays and weekends. Please inquire for more details about availability/ Room rental rate is $35 - $40 an hour. Recurring weekly time blocks require monthly prepayment on the 1st of the month. We prioritize scheduling during lower-traffic hours to support a calm, focused environment for both practitioners and clients.
