We are seeking a talented and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an established clientele to join our growing team. We are patient-centered and specialize in non-surgical cosmetic treatments, regenerative medicine, and integrative wellness services. Position Overview The ideal candidate is highly skilled, confident in performing cosmetic procedures, passionate about patient care, and committed to achieving exceptional outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team in a fast-growing practice with strong patient demand. Key Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans Administer injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, biostimulators, etc.) Perform advanced aesthetic procedures (PRP/PRF, microneedling, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, etc.) Provide wellness services (weight management, peptide therapy, as applicable) Educate patients on treatment options, risks, and aftercare Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and compliance Build and maintain long-term patient relationships Qualifications Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in FL Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine (required) Proficiency in cosmetic injectables and aesthetic treatments Experience in wellness services (preferred) Strong consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a medical team Commitment to continuing education and skill advancement Established and loyal clientele following What We Offer Competitive compensation (base + commission/bonus structure) Flexible scheduling Supportive and positive work environment Ongoing training and professional development Employee discounts on services and products Opportunity for career growth within a thriving practice Meals, coffee, snacks, and paid trainings including travel
