Responsibilities Perform foot massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and tension. Understand individual needs, preferences, and health conditions. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to customize treatment plans effectively. Educate clients on foot health, occupational health practices, and self-care strategies to support ongoing wellness. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting treatment environment adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols. Ensure a positive customer service experience. Qualifications Proven experience in patient service, customer service, or wellness settings; med spa experience is a plus. Skilled in various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to foot health and pain management. Excellent communication skills for engaging clients professionally while explaining procedures clearly. Certification or licensing in massage therapy or related fields preferred; ongoing education in wellness therapies is advantageous.
