River North, Lincoln Park, and corporate wellness locations throughout the Chicago area About Delos Therapy Delos Therapy® is an innovative, science-based approach to addressing chronic pain, muscle stiffness, athletic injuries, and performance limitations. Our method uses precise pressure and three-dimensional micro-stretching along targeted muscles to help restore healthy tissue function, improve mobility, and reduce pain and restriction. Delos Therapy also supports continued learning through the Delos Institute and at-home muscle care through Gumdrop by Delos Therapy®. About the Role We are hiring a part-time to full-time Delos Therapist to provide hands-on therapy at our River North and Lincoln Park clinics, as well as at off-site corporate wellness programs and events.
Responsibilities include:
Performing hands-on Delos Therapy® sessions using precise pressure techniques Assessing client concerns and identifying areas of muscular restriction Developing individualized treatment plans and follow-up recommendations Documenting client findings and session notes Educating clients about muscle health, self-care, and appropriate tools Collaborating with team members to provide a consistent client experience Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Using scheduling, documentation, and clinic technology in accordance with company protocols Participating in ongoing training, internal education, and community or corporate outreach events Qualifications Background in massage therapy, athletic training, exercise science, physical therapy, or a related bodywork or movement discipline Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, biomechanics, myofascial systems, and common pain or sports injury patterns Strong hands-on assessment and treatment skills Excellent listening, communication, and client-service abilities Ability to explain treatment concepts clearly and supportively Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team Willingness to accept feedback and follow established clinical and operational protocols Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical client care Openness to intensive training in the Delos Therapy® method Comfort using scheduling systems, technology, and basic documentation tools Willingness to travel between River North, Lincoln Park, and corporate wellness locations Weekend availability Preferred Qualifications Active or eligible professional license or certification, where applicable Experience working with clients experiencing chronic pain or with athletic populations Previous experience in a clinic, wellness center, fitness facility, or sports-performance setting How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter to .
