Location:
Tyngsboro, MA.
Pay:
$27 - $46/hr (based on experience)
Schedule:
Part-time, 10-20 hours/week | In-office ExecuSource has partnered with a growing private counseling practice to help them find a compassionate and experienced Couples Therapist to join their growing practice! This is an excellent opportunity for a license-eligible or unlicensed LMFT seeking supervision while building clinical hours in a supportive private practice environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide individual and couples counseling services in an in-office setting Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for clients Collaborate with the practice owner and clinical team as needed
What We're Looking For:
License-eligible or unlicensed LMFT pursuing licensure Previous experience providing couples therapy required Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills Passion for helping couples strengthen relationships and navigate challenges Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative practice
Additional Details:
Part-time opportunity (10-20 hours per week) Supervision provided by a licensed LMFT to support licensure hours In-office position Primary in-office availability is Tuesdays, Fridays, and Thursday afternoons/evenings Pay range: $27 - $46/hr, depending on experience #HC123
