We are seeking a passionate, talented, and motivated Cosmetic Injector to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in facial aesthetics, values natural-looking results, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to continue growing their skills within a fast-paced, high-end aesthetic practice. We are currently offering a part-time position with strong opportunity for growth into a full-time role. Flexible scheduling and pay differentials are available for select shifts.

Qualifications:

Active Minnesota RN, BSN, NP, or PA license required Minimum 1 year of cosmetic injecting experience preferred Newer injectors with advanced aesthetic training or certification may be considered Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers required Strong communication and consultation skills Professional appearance and demeanor Prior sales or medspa experience is a plus Comfortable participating in social media content, educational videos, before-and-after photography, and marketing initiatives Willingness to learn, grow, and stay current with aesthetic trends and techniques

Responsibilities:

Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox/Dysport/Daxxify, dermal fillers, and regenerative treatments such as Sculptra, EZgel, and PRP Conduct detailed consultations and create personalized treatment plans Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions Maintain accurate and detailed charting/documentation Review charts for contraindications and ensure all required forms are completed and signed Capture before-and-after photography and treatment content when appropriate Participate in social media content creation and brand-building initiatives Recommend skincare and complementary aesthetic treatments Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards Deliver exceptional client care and customer service Book follow-up appointments and maintain patient retention Collaborate with the Pure Lux team to ensure an elevated patient experience

Compensation & Benefits:
