We are a growing Reiki practice focused on providing exceptional healing services as well as education and training in the art of Reiki. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through holistic healing practices. This position would be perfect for a Reiki practitioner looking for administrative support, professional collaboration, and mentorship in building and maintaining a successful Reiki practice. We are located in a building shared with a thriving psychotherapy practice, so referral opportunities are plentiful. Training other professionals is a core value of Intuitive Moon Reiki, so this position could offer opportunities for teaching in addition to the practice of Reiki. Responsibilities Conduct personalized Reiki sessions tailored to each client's needs, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment Perform patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and wellness goals Educate clients on the principles of Reiki and its benefits, fostering trust and engagement Maintain detailed records of each session, including client feedback and progress notes Collaborate with other wellness professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans when necessary Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health standards Stay informed about the latest developments in holistic health practices and continuously enhance your skills Requirements Proven experience as a Reiki Practitioner with certification from a recognized Reiki training program Strong knowledge of human anatomy and energy flow principles to effectively assess client needs Ability to perform patient assessments with empathy, professionalism, and active listening skills Excellent communication skills to clearly explain techniques and address client questions Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to health and safety protocols A genuine passion for holistic healing and supporting clients' journey toward wellness
