Job Description

Small private group practice looking to add a 1099 contract therapist. Office is located in Raleigh, NC. An ideal candidate is one whom is fully licensed (Provisional licensed) in NC and has training and experience working with adults as well as children. Completes documentation within 48 hours of treating the patient. Conducts counseling or therapeutic interviews to assist individuals, family, couples to gain insight into personal problems, define goals, and plan action reflecting interest, abilities, and needs. Availability should also include evenings and/or weekend availability. This a contractual position which would include office space, furnishings, EHR service and some marketing. In addition billing/billing services will be completed by the office admin.

Education:
Master's (Required) in Social Work, Counseling program or another related degree.
Experience:
Community Based:
1 year (Preferred)
Child, Adult & Family Counseling:
1 year Knowledge of assessment techniques, psychotherapy techniques, population specific interventions, and delivering care following treatment plan. Experience using a variety of diagnostic tools and techniques, including the current edition of the DSM5. Knowledgable with regard to the rules and regulations of bodies governing psychotherapy practice. Experienced in understanding and adhering to an organizations policies and procedures. A background check, references and current licensure in good standing, candidate can be provisionally licensed, are required for this position
