This position is ideal for a motivated provider who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, outstanding aesthetic results, and an elevated client experience.

As an Injection Specialist, you will perform cosmetic injectable treatments, educate clients on skincare and aesthetic procedures, recommend customized treatment plans, and help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and compliance. Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable treatments in accordance with medical protocols, state regulations, and established standards of care. Conduct comprehensive client consultations, including medical history review, informed consent, and treatment planning. Educate clients on aesthetic procedures, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and recommended skincare regimens. Recommend and sell appropriate medical-grade skincare products and aesthetic services to support treatment outcomes and meet established sales goals. Demonstrate proper skincare techniques and provide personalized homecare recommendations. Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport, addressing client concerns, and ensuring complete client satisfaction. Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked condition. Clean, disinfect, and maintain all equipment and instruments according to manufacturer guidelines and infection control standards. Perform general clinic housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, and maintaining an organized workspace. Assist with marketing initiatives, community outreach, promotional events, and practice growth efforts. Monitor inventory and report supply needs as appropriate. Address client concerns professionally and refer unresolved issues to management when necessary. Stay current with the latest aesthetic treatments, techniques, products, and industry trends through continuing education. Maintain compliance with all company policies, HIPAA regulations, OSHA standards, and applicable state licensing requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired:
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) license in good standing. Appropriate certifications and professional licensure required by state regulations. Minimum of one year of aesthetic injecting experience preferred (internship candidates may be considered). Strong knowledge of cosmetic injectables, facial anatomy, skincare, and aesthetic medicine. Excellent clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety. Skills & Competencies Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong attention to detail Superior time management and organizational skills Initiative and problem-solving ability Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to educate clients and build long-term relationships Proficiency with electronic medical records and computer software Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute Knowledge of applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and privacy standards Physical Requirements Fine motor coordination and finger dexterity Steady hands for precise injectable procedures Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the clinic during the workday Flexibility to position clients and perform treatments safely Ability to lift and carry clinic supplies as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, committed to continuous learning, and dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience.
