Horman Holistic Wellness is looking to hire an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to serve as our Lead Massage Therapist at Drip Sauna and Cold Plunge (Drip Summit), joining a talented and passionate team. At Drip Summit we are extremely excited about the services we offer, which include personal infrared sauna and cold plunging. We provide a place for relaxation and recovery to our clients who are looking for some quiet recovery time after their hectic days. We expanded services to include massage therapy in October 2025, and we are now looking to bring on someone to grow this side of the business and work more hours during the week. Our mission is to give clients a space to relax, rejuvenate, and restore their bodies while leaving their worries at the door. We provide world-class services and serve people in a friendly, personable, and professional manner while still having fun. You'll have the opportunity to work with other staff members who are excited to come to work and enjoy serving others. Our challenge is to expand our influence to other towns and communities and help people realize that their health is the most important thing in their life — because health is wealth. No one can reach the success they want in life without the health of their body and mind. There is also opportunity for expansion of hours and wages in the coming months as the massage side of the business grows, along with the opportunity to help shape and lead this offering as it expands to other locations. Compensation Compensation is competitive and performance-based, with the opportunity to earn a higher percentage on self-referred clients, plus milestone retention bonuses for therapists who stay on long-term. We're looking for someone who wants a real, lasting fit with our team — not a short-term stop.
