$34-$39/hour, based on experience Tips and commission opportunities PTO (for team members meeting eligibility requirements) Monthly service allowance plus an employee discount on IV Nutrition services A full breakdown of compensation amounts and eligibility details will be provided as part of your formal offer Working Conditions Part-time schedule, approximately 16-20 hours per week PRN schedules also available depending on staffing needs 8-10-hour shifts, including some Saturdays and Sundays as needed Clinic environment with frequent and direct client interaction Is This Role for You? You Might Be a Perfect Fit If... You're a people person. Clients feel at ease the moment you walk in. You're warm, curious, and genuinely love getting to know people. You're an IV pro. You're confident, precise, and calm under pressure — even with tough sticks. You live the wellness lifestyle. Health and longevity aren't just buzzwords to you — they're things you actually think about and prioritize for yourself. You're detail-oriented. Accurate charting, thorough assessments, and safety are non-negotiables you take pride in. You're a natural educator. You love explaining how the body works and helping clients understand what they're putting into it and why. You want the impact to extend beyond the IV. You want to know why a client is receiving a service, not simply how to administer it, and you find purpose in helping them work toward meaningful goals. This Role Is Not for You If... You want responsibility to begin and end with starting an IV You view client treatment time as personal downtime You prefer to disengage once the clinical task is complete You're uncomfortable initiating conversations or educating clients You prefer a task-based clinical environment over a relationship-based client experience Reality Check Yes, you will start IVs — but starting the IV is only one part of your job. You are here to become a trusted partner in each client's wellness journey, not simply to administer a treatment and move on. Clients will vary in difficulty. Some will be anxious. Some will require extra attention. You are responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality experience every time.Location:
