Position Overview In this role, you'll help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for both new and returning clients. You'll serve as one of the first points of contact in the studio, assist with daily operations, and help clients learn about our wellness services and membership options. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests in a friendly, polished, and professional manner Assist with check-ins, appointment scheduling, and client account support Educate clients on our infrared sauna, red light therapy, and cold plunge services Answer questions about memberships, packages, and studio offerings Help maintain a clean, peaceful, and organized studio, including lobby and wellness areas Support daily studio operations and work collaboratively with the rest of the team Deliver strong customer service and help create a positive experience for every guest Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Dependable, upbeat, and professional attitude Interest in wellness, recovery, and client care Customer service or sales experience preferred Experience in fitness, hospitality, spa, or wellness environments is a plus Comfortable working as part of a team and helping where needed Evening and weekend availability preferred How to Apply If you're excited about wellness and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.
