As a key player in our clinic, you will deliver personalized skincare solutions, administer injectables and laser treatments, and educate clients on their aesthetic options. Role Licensed Medical Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant who is confident providing medical aesthetic treatments and excited to grow with a luxury, high-touch practice. This role will primarily support energy-based device treatments that require a licensed medical professional in New York. Depending on experience, training, and comfort level, the provider may also perform Botox, dermal fillers, medical consultations, and other approved aesthetic treatments. This is a part-time employee position anticipated to begin at approximately one to two days per week, based on patient demand and scheduled appointments. Duties Perform approved energy-based aesthetic treatments within the provider's license, training, and established practice protocols Perform Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments when appropriately trained and credentialed Conduct thorough patient consultations, review medical histories, and assess treatment eligibility Identify contraindications and determine when treatment should be postponed or declined Develop appropriate treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical needs, and provider recommendations Explain treatment benefits, risks, expectations, and aftercare instructions Obtain and document informed consent before treatment Maintain accurate and timely treatment notes, including device settings, products used, lot numbers, injection sites, and patient response Take standardized before-and-after photographs in accordance with practice procedures Educate patients on aftercare, recommended treatment plans, skincare products, and follow-up needs Recognize and appropriately respond to adverse reactions, complications, or patient concerns Complete required patient follow-up and communicate concerns to the medical director or supervising provider Maintain proper medication storage, inventory controls, sanitation, and infection-prevention standards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Arrive prepared and ready for all scheduled patients Participate in required training, team meetings, and continuing education Collaborate with the B.Free team to provide a consistent, safe, and high-quality patient experience Requirements Active and unrestricted New York MD, NP, or PA license Current CPR or BLS certification Experience with energy-based aesthetic devices preferred Experience administering Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, or other injectables preferred but not required Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment, contraindications, and adverse-event management Ability to maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation Strong communication, consultation, and patient-care skills Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently within established protocols Willingness to participate in additional device or injectable training as needed Comfortable working a flexible schedule based on patient demand Passion for aesthetics, patient education, safety, and delivering excellent results Rewards (Compensation) $50-80/hr based on aesthetic experience, injectable experience, and ability to conduct medical evaluations and treatment planning Hours are based primarily on scheduled patients and anticipated treatment volume Employees will be paid for all required working time, including patient care, documentation, meetings, training, setup, cleanup, and required follow-up Flexible schedule with an anticipated initial commitment of one to two days per week Opportunity for additional hours as patient demand increases Results (KPIs) Maintain a 90%+ patient satisfaction rating Maintain a patient rebooking rate of 60% or higher Achieve a consultation-to-treatment conversion rate of 65% or higher Maintain 100% accuracy and timeliness in treatment charting and clinical documentation Maintain full compliance with informed consent, sanitation, medication, safety, and treatment protocols Complete required patient follow-up within established practice timelines Maintain treatment-room utilization of 70% or higher as patient demand develops Support steady growth in treatment volume and personally generated revenue Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and work fully within license, training, and approved clinical protocols
Pay:
$50.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 20.0 per week
