Job Description

Wellness Coordinator - Icebox Cryotherapy Studios - Westerville Icebox Cryotherapy Studios is looking for part-time or full time employees for our Westerville location. Icebox is an upscale athletic and therapeutic spa specializing in innovative cold therapies. We work with clients that are looking for athletic wellness/recovery, natural pain management & beauty using cold therapy. We offer a flexible schedule allowing for a great work-life balance. Team members will assist with client reception, introduction to various therapies, package & product sales, room/studio cleaning. Preferred work history in the spa/health and wellness industry, must have basic computer and administrative skills. We love fitness instructors! Wellness coordinator must have retail sales experience and love to be in a membership sales environment. Most importantly, must be

with a healthy lifestyle. Enjoy a great work environment with paid training and monthly bonus opportunities. Must be able to work weekend shifts 9-4pm and/or 1030-4pm

Job Type:

Part-time (15-30 hours per week). Studio is open 7 days/week, but closed on major holidays. Shifts range from 4-8 hours in length.

Compensation:

Hourly with bonus opportunities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deliver an overall excellent customer service experience Promote and educate clients on company products and culture Describe service benefits Create relationships with clients to further personalize their experience Proactively attend to clients to insure quality customer service Answer customer queries regarding services Recommend & select services and packages Make suggestions and encourage purchase of products Assist in maintenance of studio facility and equipment Maintain cleanliness of studio
