About Us Sun Counseling & Wellness is a group therapy practice in Charlotte's SouthPark neighborhood rooted in antiracist, inclusive values. We are humans first, clinicians second. Our team is warm, grounded, and genuinely invested in doing good clinical work. We serve clients across the lifespan and are expanding our specialty services to better meet the needs of our community. This role is a direct response to that need. The Opportunity We're looking for a licensed therapist with specialized training in eating disorders to join our consortium of providers. This is a meaningful, focused role for a clinician who is passionate about body image, disordered eating, and the intersection of mental health and our relationship with food. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexibility over your schedule and caseload. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy for clients navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns Work within an evidence-based framework (CBT-E, FBT, HAES-aligned, DBT, or similar) Collaborate with our team on cases that call for a multidisciplinary lens (dietitians, medical providers, etc.) Navigate higher level of care referrals (IOP, PHP, residential) when clinically appropriate Complete timely documentation in our EHR (SimplePractice) What We're Looking For Licensed clinician in
