WHAT YOU WILL DO

— Provide individual, couples, or group therapy sessions via our HIPAA-compliant video platform — Manage your own schedule and availability — you set your hours — Serve clients matched to your specialties, language, and clinical background — Maintain your own clinical records and treatment documentation — Commit to a minimum of 5 available session slots per week

COMPENSATION

Compensation is based on a flat per-session rate determined by your licensure tier — pre-licensed associate, fully licensed, or experienced specialist. Full compensation details, payment schedule, and structure are provided during the interview process and outlined in your Independent Contractor Agreement. Connectrapy pays on a weekly cycle. No waiting 30-60 days like other platforms.

Requirements:

— Active Georgia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, APC, LAPC, AMFT, or equivalent) — Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance — Reliable internet connection and quiet private space for sessions — Associate-level licensees must have an active supervisor before applying Preferred (not required): — Bilingual in any language serving Georgia's diverse communities — Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, or family systems — Prior telehealth experience
