Job Description

Wellcova Health Services - Independent Therapists Wanted We have a steady flow of clients waiting to begin services and a fast credentialing process. Wellcova Health Services, a privately owned counseling practice in Denver, Colorado, is looking for motivated, independently licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, EdD, PhD, PsyD) who excel in communication and clinical decision-making. We are a true private practice—not a franchise or corporate network—and we prioritize the wellbeing of both our therapists and our clients. Our environment is supportive, transparent, and designed to let clinicians focus on meaningful therapeutic work rather than administrative pressure. This opportunity is well-suited for therapists experienced in treating children, teens, and adults using evidence-based approaches. We encourage clinicians to develop their specialties and areas of passion rather than take on broad generalist caseloads. Position Overview & Benefits Provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families addressing a wide range of behavioral, developmental, and emotional needs using modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief solution-focused interventions. Complete screenings for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other conditions, and collaborate frequently with caregivers, schools, and healthcare providers.
