EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Fully Licensed Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services, including: Assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for clients. Conducting therapy sessions following clinical best practices and updating treatment plans as needed. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. Ensuring appropriate referrals and coordinating care with other providers. Attending staff meetings, consultation groups, and required training. Complying with licensing and regulatory requirements, including attending supervision as required by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE). Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or Practice Owner.

- This is a contract position. Schedule must be open for at least 15 appointments per week, preference given to clinicians who desire to move toward full-time caseload (28 open appointments per week with goal of hitting 24 billable hours per week) . Split model compensation begins at 75/25 (clinician/owner) and increases to 80/20 based on productivity. •Strong preference given to candidates willing to work with clients across the lifespan: children, teens, adults, and older adults. •Must be willing to work in person at No. Phoenix office (SR51 and Bell Rd).
