We're looking for someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, loves animals, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and pets with a warm, welcoming attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings Check-in/check-out pets for grooming and retail purchases Manage retail sales and process payments Communicate with groomers and pet parents about services and needs Keep the front desk tidy, organized, and fully stocked Assist with light cleaning and restocking of retail products

Requirements:

Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred Comfort handling dogs and cats of all sizes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask Familiarity with booking software is a plus (we'll train the right person) Must be dependable and punctual
