Body Contouring Specialist (Part-Time) Élan Aesthetics & Wellness 8609 Westwood Center Dr, Suite 801 Vienna, VA 22182 Compensation $18.00 per hour 10% commission on body contouring packages sold 5% commission on facial treatment packages sold Keep 100% of tips Training provided Growth opportunities within a growing aesthetics practice About Us Élan Aesthetics & Wellness is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice specializing in non-invasive body contouring, hormone optimization, weight management, IV therapy, and aesthetic treatments. We are seeking a motivated and personable Body Contouring Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities Perform non-invasive body contouring treatments using T-Shape 2 technology according to established protocols Educate clients regarding treatment expectations and post-treatment care Obtain standardized before-and-after photographs Monitor client comfort during treatment sessions Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies Document treatments accurately in patient records Assist with scheduling, follow-up appointments, and client retention Support practice marketing efforts by assisting with patient testimonials and social media content Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional patient experience Qualifications Previous experience in aesthetics, wellness, medical office, spa, fitness, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to learn treatment protocols and operate aesthetic equipment Experience with body contouring devices is preferred but not required; training will be provided Preferred Skills Sales or consultation experience Experience taking before-and-after photographs Social media content creation experience Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, coachable, and passionate about helping clients achieve their body contouring goals.
