United States DAYS:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays, every week

HOURS :

3 hours between either 9:30am-12:30pm (occasionally 4 hours per day)

PAY :

Starting at $20.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour pay raise after 3 to 6 months upon satisfactory completion of training Key Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working individually and within a team to evaluate a variety of food and beverage products; ranging from but not limited to yogurt, sodas, meat products, Poultry products, Dairy, Seafood, protein bars, snacks, meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, beverages and nutritional gummies This position requires excellent verbal communications skills, both for collaborative and independent roles. Participation and communication skills are key to success. You should be comfortable expressing your thoughts in a group of 8-16 people. You will be taught how to describe and rate the sensory profile of products (aroma, appearance, taste, flavour, texture) No experience necessary as full training is provided Skills, Knowledge & Expertise You must not have any medical, religious or dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian), intolerances or medical allergies Must not be on any medication that adversely affect visual, taste, and smell acuity Not opposed to food additives such as natural & artificial sweeteners Good sensory acuity relating to smell, taste and texture (we assess this at your interview) You should have the ability to follow detailed instructions and work well in a team Have the ability to articulate yourself and use technology (e.g. iPad) Kerry center is a corporate office, where customers may be present. We ask that you dress in business casual unless otherwise noted. A real passion about food in general is a plus!
