3000 North I35 Denton, Texas 76201 Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour); Mid Shift, 3:00pm - 11:00pm, call required Intermediate Care highlights: Team based environment Workplace culture 2nd to none Great benefits/ 401k / PTO Here's What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent required Relevant experience or training program preferred 1 year of previous anesthesia tech experience preferred BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required You What Will Do Provides support to anesthesia providers during routine and urgent surgical cases and procedures to ensure quality patient care. Provides support to anesthesia staff with preparation of room and equipment needed for patient care. Protects patient and personal safety by following department processes, maintaining a sterile environment, and understanding equipment function. Maintains supply, equipment, and pharmacy inventory to optimize delivery of anesthesia services. Maintains cleanliness and proper function of anesthesia equipment and workroom. Daily computer support. Troubleshoots equipment. Able to support Anesthesiologist in Optime. Assists in meeting departmental/hospital KPI's related to patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, financial performances, organizational effectiveness, and community health care. Since 1987, Texas Health Denton has served the Denton community and surrounding areas including Corinth, Lake Dallas, Argyle, Sanger, Aubrey, and communities throughout North Texas and southern Oklahoma. As a 255-bed, full-service hospital with more than 1,100 employees and 486 physicians on our medical staff, we're one of the largest employers in Denton County.
