Licensed Clinical Social Worker LPC Outpatient experience LAMFT Licensed Clinical Psychologist LAC Full Job Description Adolescent Therapist - Outpatient & IOP Program Maya Therapy Center | Tempe, Arizona Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time About Us Maya Therapy Center is an accredited behavioral health provider dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of adolescents and their families. We are launching a new outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed specifically for teens, and we're looking for a passionate, licensed therapist to help build it from the ground up. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed therapist to facilitate counseling services for adolescents in our outpatient and IOP programs. This role begins as part-time with a clear, built-in path to full-time as our new program grows . The ideal candidate is excited to help shape a brand-new program and grow alongside it. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling sessions for adolescent clients Facilitate family counseling sessions Lead group counseling sessions in the IOP program Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the clinical team to support client treatment plans Uphold program standards consistent with our accreditation Schedule Semi-flexible, part-time schedule Group sessions: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Monday / Wednesday / Friday Individual counseling sessions scheduled before groups and on alternate days Hours expected to expand toward full-time as program enrollment grows Qualifications Active Arizona license required , at one of the following levels:
Associate-level:
LMSW, LAC
(under supervision), or equivalent Independently licensed: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent — must be credentialed with AHCCCS Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required Experience working with adolescents/teens strongly preferred Strong group facilitation skills Comfort with community outreach and networking a plus, but not required Compassionate, reliable, and collaborative approach Compensation $32 - $43 per hour, commensurate with experience and licensure level Part-time role with hours expanding as program enrollment grows Opportunity to transition to full-time as the program develops Growth Opportunity This is a brand-new program with significant room to grow.
