We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LCSW,LPC, LMFT or LAC) to join our team.

Mission:

To facilitate group and individual therapeutic services for substance use disorder, mental health and trauma treatment to Women's Recovery clients to increase their quality of life. Primary Job Duties (other responsibilities may be assigned): Maintain a caseload of 12-15 clients, seen weekly for individual sessions and facilitates 3-6 hours of group per week. Counsels clients' in-group sessions to help them cope with substance use disorder problems, mental health issues, and additional co-occurring addictive disorders and therapeutic issues utilizing a curriculum Intervenes appropriately for clients to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations Maintains accurate, complete, confidential and HIPAA compliant records and documentation of services using EMR Maintains collaborative and accurate treatment plans and treatment plan reviews and session notes utilizing concurrent documentation Maintain standards and measures to show efficacy of programming and areas for improvement, creatively works with the clinical team to meet the following: •

Team Goals:

o Average Daily Group Attendance § IOP 32 § OP 12 o Optimization Rate of 90% § Group and ancillary services culmination • Group, family calls, individual sessions, case management services, UA, BA •

Individual Goals:

o Against Clinical Advice Discharges <20% o Completion rate >70% § Completion rate of IOP/OP combined >40% o Length of Stay >90 days o Maintains a caseload of 12-13 individual clients Ensures they are utilizing best practice across the board and providing evidenced-based treatment modalities to all clients Works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide the highest standard of client care Participates in after-hours Crisis Intervention, responds to all calls and provides direction to support staff and clinical teammates when on call (approximately every 5-6 weeks) Embodies the values of
