Group Therapist:

You will provide and coordinate clinical programming to adult behavioral health/co-occurring addiction patients in an acute inpatient setting. You utilize Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing throughout the group program curriculum You work with clinical to develop appropriate group topics and coordinate group schedules You are responsible for leading groups on all units You will be an active member of the treatment team, participate in treatment team meetings, and will engage with other members as required for good patient care You Bring Meaningful Experience A Group Therapist will have the following: Clinical Master\'s degree in a related field required; license is preferred (LMHC, LICSW, OT or comparable can be considered) Advanced level knowledge and experience in leading groups in a behavioral health setting Knowledge and experience with group leadership, Trauma Informed Care, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing Demonstrate competency in the areas listed and possess the knowledge base, skill and ability to work in an acute inpatient setting Sufficient typing and computer skills to facilitate use of Electronic Health Record; experience with Electronic Health Record including Medsphere/Vista As a Group Therapist you\'ll receive: Medical, Dental, and Vision 401(k) match Employer paid long term disability (LTD) Short term disability (STD) Employer paid life and AD&D Insurance Generous Paid Time Off Flexible Spending Account Tuition Reimbursement Pay Range Compensation will be determined based on the candidate?s relevant experience. \$64,000 - \$72,000 Active Filters Group Therapist-Full Time Days Holyoke, MA Clear All Apply
