(UBCSS) is seeking full-time licensed Outpatient Therapists to join our growing clinical team. This role offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and/or adults in a supportive outpatient clinic setting.

Starting Salary:

$50,000-$53,000 minimum, based on licensure and experience Higher starting pays available with additional experience Why Join UBCSS? Provide individual and family therapy in an outpatient clinic setting Opportunities to facilitate group therapy Collaborate with psychiatry staff, CMAs, rehabilitative counselors, and administrative teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records Manage a caseload independently while working as part of a treatment team

What We're Looking For:

Active Maryland licensure: LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, PhD, or PsyD Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfort working independently and using electronic health records Experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred •The salary listed reflects an estimated base rate for a full-time, fully licensed (LC) outpatient therapist and includes maximum annual profit-sharing potential. Compensation may increase based on prior experience. Factors such as licensure level (LG/LM), part-time status, program assignment, and productivity expectations may impact total compensation. •
