This contract opportunity places you in a dynamic school environment, working across various sites in the district to deliver vital therapeutic services. As a part-time Art Therapist, youll play a crucial role from August 19th through June 4th, guiding students toward improved emotional health and personal growth through creative expression. In this role, youll support a manageable caseload of 15 students, providing individualized and group therapy within the 8am to 4pm window, totaling 20 hours per week. Your expertise will help shape a positive and nurturing school climate, fostering resilience and self-discovery in each student.

Desired Qualifications:

State Licensure through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists (required) Previous experience as a School Therapist or Art Therapist preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt creative interventions to meet diverse student needs Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:
