Currently, we offer individual therapy for clients aged 16+ in Pennsylvania, and Maryland, as well as provider clinical supervision/consultation, retreats, and community events. Exciting expansions are on the horizon, and we'd love to have you be part of our team. Role Description This is a full-time, fully-remote, Licensed Therapist position open to clinicians licensed in PA and/or MD. The Therapist will provide individual therapy to clients aged 16 and older, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, and participate in case reviews and team meetings. The role also includes conducting therapeutic assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, providing trauma-informed treatment, and adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols. Qualifications Proven expertise in providing individual therapy and evidence-based treatment for clients, such as DBT, IFS, EMDR, or trauma-informed care techniques Strong skills in clinical documentation, client assessment, and treatment planning Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team remotely Proficiency in maintaining ethical standards, confidentiality, and cultural competence Active professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania and/or Maryland is required Strong interpersonal skills with commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Experience working with adolescents and adults in diverse settings is a plus Familiarity with using technology for documentation or telehealth services
