$30-$34/hourAMFM Healthcare is proud to announce the opening of our new adult residential mental health treatment facility in Stillwater, Minnesota, and were looking for passionate and skilled Group Facilitators to join our dynamic clinical team.
We specialize in treating adults experiencing acute mental health conditions. As a Group Facilitator, youll play a vital role in our clients' healing journeys by leading therapeutic, specialty-based group sessions that foster connection, expression, and emotional regulation.

What You'll Do:
Facilitate structured therapeutic groups in your area of expertise (e.g. art, music, fitness, etc.).Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions within group sessions that align with the mental health needs of adult clients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the clinical team and contribute to the overall therapeutic environment of the program.
Provide services that meet Joint Commission, DHS/DHCS, and AMFM Healthcare standards for safety, professionalism, and care quality.
Monitor for and respond appropriately to client safety concerns or crisis situations, following company policies and procedures.
Who Were Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
21 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or GEDCredential, certification, or licensure in a relevant specialty (e.g.,Music Therapist, Art Therapist, or Fitness Professional)Prior experience working with adults with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disordersAbility to pass state, federal, and company background checks
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, or related fieldSpecialized certifications such as Trauma-Informed Care, DBT Skills Group Training, or other therapeutic modalitiesStrong documentation, de-escalation, and crisis intervention skillsFamiliarity with clinical terminology and managed care medical necessity criteria
