Addiction Therapist

Master's degree required in Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Job duties include but not limited to: Facilitate individual therapy Facilitate family therapy as needed Consult with outside agencies as needed to the benefit of the individual Maintain current documentation of services in clinical records Complete all chart work as scheduled Adhere to all agency and program requirements Participate in all staff and agency meetings, to include treatment team meetings Be punctual while performing all duties Work collaboratively with other treatment team staff Establish a positive professional rapport with administrative staff and outside agencies
