As an Outpatient Therapist, you will diagnose or evaluate mental and emotional disorders of children, adolescents and adults, and develop and implement therapeutic treatment plan. The Outpatient Therapist will provide individual and group services, in accordance with a Team Approach, to clients in the Community Psychiatric Support Treatment program by coordinating needs, treatment planning, crisis assistance, providing training, facilitating linkage, monitoring overall service delivery and obtaining services for meeting the client's basic needs. Some services may be provided off site and in the community. Determines and monitors intensity of medically necessary services. The Outpatient Therapist will provide ubiquitous Diagnostic Assessment services for the clinic and triages clients as clinically indicated. As needed, provides mental health and substance abuse individual and group counseling services.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited Graduate School of Social Work or Counseling. LSW/LPC required;
LISW/LPCC
preferred. Maintain licensure status and post Areas of Competence and Services. Must have a valid Ohio driver's license.
