Job Description

Join Our Team! HSSA is seeking a master's-level therapist to join our dynamic, collaborative, and engaging outpatient practice in Lancaster County. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys variety in their work and wants to grow within an established multidisciplinary psychological practice. Clinical opportunities include individual, couples, family, and group therapy across the lifespan, with the ability to develop a caseload that reflects your particular interests and areas of expertise. Our Mountville office features large, modern group and activity spaces as well as an onsite greenhouse, creating opportunities for experiential approaches including movement, art, and horticultural activities. We also offer Therapeutic Tabletop Role-Playing Game (TTRPG) groups targeting social skills, self-esteem, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and interpersonal development. We value creativity and welcome clinicians interested in developing innovative groups and therapeutic programming. The position is initially part-time, with opportunities to expand into full-time work as caseload develops. Experience with children and adolescents, couples and families, group therapy, trauma-informed care, and/or experiential approaches is a plus, but not required.
