Licensed Therapist - Trauma & PTSD Specialization Provive Wellness Wayne, PA Full-Time About Provive Wellness Provive Wellness is a behavioral health practice in Wayne, PA committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. We're growing our trauma services team and looking for a skilled clinician who is passionate about helping clients heal from complex trauma and PTSD. About the Role We're hiring a Licensed Trauma Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to clients with trauma histories, including PTSD, moral injury, and related conditions. You'll work within a supportive clinical team, lead a structured trauma-focused group program, and have real input into how the program grows. This is a great fit for a clinician who wants more than a caseload - someone who wants to build something meaningful. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy to clients presenting with trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring concerns Facilitate weekly trauma-focused group therapy sessions Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Apply evidence-based modalities including EMDR and/or Brainspotting Collaborate with the clinical team on care coordination and progress monitoring Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards Contribute to program development and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc. Minimum 2 years of experience providing trauma-focused therapy Solid working knowledge of PTSD, complex trauma, and trauma-informed care frameworks Experience facilitating or co-facilitating group therapy Preferred Qualifications EMDR certification or active EMDRIA-approved training Brainspotting certification or advanced training Experience with CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) or PE (Prolonged Exposure) Background working with high-stress occupational populations (military, first responders, healthcare workers, etc.) What We Offer Competitive compensation — salary or fee-for-service, based on experience Flexible scheduling options Continuing education support and clinical supervision A collaborative, clinician-centered culture Opportunity to lead and grow a signature trauma program
